Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos, part of The Rank Group, invites applications for a Trainee Croupier. You will enter a five-week Grosvenor Gaming Academy to learn the essentials of live gaming, customer service, and floor presence.

The role involves interacting with customers all day in a fast-paced environment. The programme trains you to shine on the casino floor, with opportunities to grow within Grosvenor Casinos and The Rank Group.

Qualifications

• Good numerical ability and mental arithmetic; able to calculate mentally and quickly.
• Very good communication and social skills as you'll be at the forefront of delivering a top experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Join Grosvenor Gaming Academy for a five-week training programme.
• Interact with customers on the casino floor to deliver memorable experiences.
• Work in a live gaming environment with a 24/7 operation, including nights and weekends.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
