Mercer is seeking a Pensions Governance Consultant to join our specialist Pensions Defined Contribution team in the delivery of DC services to a large portfolio of clients. Our team is one of the largest, fully integrated teams in the UK and clients include corporate sponsors, trustee boards of trust-based schemes and governance committees of contract-based schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defined Contributions consultancy.
• Excellent Governance experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in Defined Contribution pensions and lead consultant on client delivery.
• Manage your own portfolio by assessing performance, trends and insights to ensure top client service.
• Proactively generate revenue by expanding DC services across Mercer lines with existing clients.
• Analyse global and local DC plans, optimise design features and support clients accordingly.
• Build and develop new business through relationships, networking, events and DC expertise.
• Act as a change agent to support Mercer's business and corporate strategies.
