Job summary

Blakemore Recruitment is seeking a Senior DB Pensions Team Leader for a leading third party administration provider. You will bring a Defined Benefits pensions background, strong technical knowledge and proven leadership to manage a team of administrators.

Key duties include prioritising workload, training and peer-reviewing casework, attending Trustee and client meetings, and ensuring scheme events are delivered on time. Progression with professional exams is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent Defined Benefits pensions knowledge.
• Experience managing a team of administrators in a Third Party Administration background.
• Progression with professional exams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work to administrators and prioritise urgent or complaint cases.
• Provide support and training to administrators, including peer reviewing and checking of case work.
• Attend Trustee and client meetings from an administration perspective.
• Ensure member and scheme events are completed to time and targets.
• Maintain ongoing client relationship management of schemes.
