Front Row Recruitment's client, a leading pension consultancy, is seeking an experienced Pensions Administration Manager to head up an established technical pensions team. The role is varied and duties include leading the administration service for a number of large blue chip pension schemes.

Applicants must have a proven background in Pensions administration, especially Defined Benefit and related calculations, and be an inspirational manager who mentors and leads by example.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and manage relationships at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead the administration service for a number of large blue chip pension schemes.
• Oversee the daily management of the client relationship from an administrative perspective and participate in client/trustee meetings.
• Be a focal point for team technical issues.
• Ensure that SLAs are met and that a consistently high service is provided.
• Identify areas for improvement regarding processes and procedures as well as training needs.
• Assist less experienced colleagues and ensuring that their work is scrutinised.
• Responsible for implementing training, coaching, appraisals and setting individual and team goals.
