West Yorkshire Pension Fund is seeking a senior software lead to design, develop, and maintain bespoke fire administration software and automation for the online portal. You will drive opportunities to improve pension systems and processes, including automation and efficiency gains.
The role includes working on in-house portals, designing middleware from the member portal into administration systems, and adopting a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This is a new and pivotal role in WYPF leading and managing the development of bespoke fire administration software, and automation for the online portal into our administration systems.
The role leads the design, development and maintenance of bespoke software applications that meet our clients' needs in the fire pension schemes including Identify opportunities to improve the fire pension systems and processes, such as automation and efficiency gains.
The successful applicant will also be able to work on our in-house internal portals designing and developing the middle wear from our member portal into our administration systems.
This is a key technical hands-on role where the successful candidate will be able to adopt a learning culture, bring forward innovation and market leading developments. Experience of Civica’s UPM application will be key as will web development back-end knowledge.
