Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to develop ML and data-driven solutions for secure national operations. The role involves working across the data lifecycle, collaborating with product owners, data engineers and cyber specialists to deliver trusted data products.

You will apply ML, NLP and AI techniques to real-world problems, build scalable data pipelines, and contribute to innovative data capabilities within secure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with production-quality ML code.
• Experience with distributed data processing and MLOps tools.
• Proficient in ML/R&D from data to production.
• Knowledge of data governance and reproducibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML and data-driven solutions for defensive cyber operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Transform large-scale data into trusted data products for stakeholders.
• Experiment with feature engineering, model validation and performance monitoring.
• Document findings and deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain and improve production ML workflows using MLOps practices.
