Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL skills with production-quality ML capabilities.
• Experience with large, complex datasets, structured and unstructured.
• Practical experience with Git, Agile delivery and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with Spark, PySpark, MLflow, JupyterHub or equivalent.
• Understanding of data-product lifecycles, data quality, governance and reproducibility.
• Ability to translate business needs into insights and communicate to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy statistical, AI and ML solutions to operational challenges.
• Explore large datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
• Develop and evaluate models using robust performance and validation methods.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of AI, ML and advanced analytics capabilities.
