Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytics driven role (Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Data Analyst, etc.).
• Experience with machine learning and statistical models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists and engineers on modeling projects and new use cases.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, ML model development, evaluation and benefit estimation.
• Build reusable analytics frameworks and automate with AI agents and Claude Skills.
• Foster strong relationships with business partners, IT and analytics teams.
• Communicate results clearly in writing, oral and presentations.
• Monitor models and report performance to stakeholders.
