Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join the Data Science team in the UK. You will drive data science initiatives from concept to production, collaborating with teams across the business to extract value from data and support customer-focused decisions.

You will work with SQL, Python and AWS tools, contribute to governance, and help upskill colleagues while delivering measurable impact in a fast-growing travel business.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy with statistical background.
• Experience delivering data science initiatives to production.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key data science initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with UK and India teams to apply data science to processes.
• Support marketing, pricing, customer understanding, and operations across the business.
• Break initiatives into measurable tasks and track progress.
• Apply ML and statistical modelling tools to initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
