Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in London is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Disney+ Analytics & Insights EMEA team. You will forecast customer trends, build robust models, and work cross-functionally with Content, Subscriber Growth and Local teams to deliver insights.

A hybrid role based in London with four days onsite and one remote day supports collaboration across regions. You will design experiments, develop forecasting models, and communicate results to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and at least one statistical language (Python or R).
• Degree in Data Science, CS, Mathematics or related field with 4+ years in data science.
• Experience with experimentation design, time-series forecasting and causal methods.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and applying them to analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and deployment of the engagement forecast model end-to-end.
• Handle ad hoc modelling requests from stakeholders.
• Build and extend semantic models and agentic AI solutions.
• Consult with Disney+ stakeholders to deliver data science projects.
• Support analytics teams across EMEA ensuring robust results.
• Collaborate with Global and International teams on data science tools.
• Explore opportunities to apply existing tools in the EMEA region.
