Job summary
The Walt Disney Company’s Disney+ Analytics & Insights EMEA team in London is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead forecasting and advanced analytics across customer trends and engagement. You will collaborate with Content, Subscriber Growth, Local teams and wider business leads to deliver robust data science projects.
Based in London Hammersmith, the role is 4 days per week in the office with one compulsory home day (Monday or Friday).
Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL and Python/R or similar statistics language.
- Degree in Data Science, CS, Mathematics or related field with 4+ years in data science.
- Strong experimentation, time-series forecasting and causal methods knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Drive development and deployment of engagement forecast model end-to-end.
- Handle ad hoc modelling requests from stakeholders.
- Develop semantic models and extend into agentic AI solutions.
- Consult with stakeholders to deliver data science projects.
- Support insight analysts to ensure robust results and best practices.
- Collaborate with Global and International analytics teams.
- Explore existing Global data science tools for EMEA opportunities.
