Job summary

Verisk is seeking a Data Scientist in the United Kingdom to work across multiple verticals, including P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Energy, Financial Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and Geopolitical Security. You will apply predictive modeling, machine learning, forecasting, network analytics, NLP, computer vision, and voice analytics to develop solutions to business problems.

• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members (interns).

Responsibilities

• Development of analytic solutions in support of increasing the efficiency of Verisk processes, enhancing Verisk’s current products, and developing new products.
• Development of analytic interns (that you are responsible for)
• Contribute to the development of the Verisk Analytic Community
• The sharing of important methodologies, advances, and best practices from your work among the whole analytics community
