You will work with real-world insurance data, develop models from concept to production, and explore a range of techniques from supervised learning to language models and AI-driven workflows. Based in London or Norwich, you’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues, receive peer review, and contribute to high‑quality analytical work while growing your technical depth in a global

Qualifications

• Strong analytical foundations and motivation to develop.
• Solid programming skills with Python and SQL.
• Experience working with data: manipulation, cleaning, validation, analysis.
• Exposure to statistical modeling or machine learning.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of analytics products for insurance claims and underwriting.
• Explore complex datasets and turn them into insights; data processing, cleaning, joining sources, feature engineering.
• Build and compare predictive models using GLMs, gradient boosting, RF, neural networks.
• Identify features that provide predictive value and understand their impact on performance.
• Help create, test, and monitor AI workflows that are traceable and production-ready.
• Communicate approaches and findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Participate in peer reviews to maintain high-quality work.
