Kharon is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Agentic Systems, for a hybrid London-based role. You will build and deploy AI agents to interpret geopolitical and financial signals, connecting agents to sources via web access, APIs, and knowledge graphs.

You will design agentic workflows, prototype rapidly with Research, Product, and Engineering, and bring solutions to production using CI/CD and Kubernetes on AWS.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, data science, software engineering, data engineering, or related roles.

Aufgaben

• Build and deploy AI agents that interpret, prioritize, and act on geopolitical and financial signals.
• Develop tools to connect agents to information sources (web access, retrieval, APIs, knowledge graphs).
• Design and evaluate agentic workflows and multi-agent systems balancing exploration/exploitation, accuracy/latency, autonomy/control.
• Define evaluation frameworks for retrieval quality, agent performance, and business relevance.
• Collaborate with Research, Product, and Engineering to prototype and refine capabilities.
• Take solutions from prototype to production, including API development, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes deployments on AWS (RDS, EKS, S3).
• Own full lifecycle of systems from architecture to deployment and maintenance.
