Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a senior data science leader to guide multidisciplinary teams in shaping and launching data analytics propositions. You will drive strategic growth, build trusted client relationships, and lead delivery of high-impact digital solutions for energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors.

The role requires an extensive track record in leadership, consulting, and developing analytics products, with excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science leadership and/or consulting roles.
• Proven ability to lead AI, advanced analytics, data and digital capability development.
• Strong leadership with experience managing teams and delivering large programmes.
• Established network of senior stakeholders in energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors and/or data/tech industries.
• Commercial acumen with track record of developing and selling data-driven propositions or products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with senior-level influence.
• Deep understanding of analytics, data, AI, digital tech and solutions landscape.
