You will lead exploratory and confirmatory analyses, apply ML/NLP techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insight at scale.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant quantitative field with 1+ years of academic/industry experience; or a Master's with 3+ years in industry
• Strong experience in data science and statistical analysis using clinical trial or EHR data in pharma R&D
• Experience developing and validating statistical and ML models on high-dimensional data for time-to-event, longitudinal, and multivariate outcomes
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks)
• Familiarity with clinical trial design and biomarker applications in regulatory decisions
• Ability to apply AI/ML, NLP, and explainable AI to diverse data modalities

Responsibilities

• Develop novel computational methods for patient segmentation, biomarker discovery, and hypothesis generation from multimodal data
• Execute analyses on datasets from clinical trials and real-world cohorts across genomics, proteomics, imaging, and high-dimensional biomarkers
• Integrate and visualise diverse datasets across drug development stages
• Formulate, implement, test, and validate predictive models and scalable analysis pipelines
• Apply ML, NLP, causal ML, and explainable AI across data modalities and contexts
• Contribute to statistical strategy and design of drug development programs
• Collaborate with clinicians, statisticians, data engineers, and IT professionals
