Qualifications

• Deep Bayesian statistics expertise with ability to defend inferences to peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Python proficiency for statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Experience designing and running experiments (A/B testing, back-testing, sensitivity analysis).
• 8+ years of applied data science or quantitative modeling in commercial/product environments.

Responsibilities

• Own statistical modeling and analytical delivery for your product module workstream under Tech Lead and Full-stack Engineer.
• Design, build, and validate Bayesian models, time-series forecasts, and marketing analytics.
• Translate model outputs into structured data products for engineers and agentic workflows with interpretable confidence bounds.
• Own the validation and evaluation framework: back-testing, out-of-sample checks, sensitivity analysis, deployment readiness.
• Present methodology and recommendations to senior stakeholders and defend assumptions.
