IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced Data Protection professional to support the Group’s Data Protection strategy and risk management framework. You will provide expert technical advice to Clusters and Group support functions, assist the Group DPO with oversight, and help operationalise privacy controls.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract and involves developing policies, conducting DPIAs, audits, and training across the organisation.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional experience in data protection and privacy management.
• Industry certifications such as IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection.
• GDPR competency and knowledge of current data protection regulations.
• Expert-level knowledge in developing and implementing data protection frameworks and policies.
• Experience conducting compliance audits, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement on data protection matters.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice on data protection compliance across the organisation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies and procedures.
• Advise on responsible use of AI and emerging technologies.
• Review AI initiatives for privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to identify improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to embed data protection in operations.
• Lead data protection impact assessments and advise on regulatory obligations.
• Design and deliver data protection training programmes across the organisation.
