Zusammenfassung

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced Data Protection and Privacy professional to support the Group’s Data Protection strategy. You will provide expert guidance, develop policies, and lead audits across the organisation, working with Clusters and Group support functions to embed privacy by design.

The role involves advising on regulatory requirements, conducting DPIAs, and delivering training to raise awareness and maintain high standards of data protection across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of professional experience in data protection and privacy management.
• Certifications such as IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection.
• Proven GDPR competency and knowledge of current regulations.
• Experience conducting compliance audits, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement on data protection matters.
• Expert-level knowledge in developing and implementing data protection frameworks and policies.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of data protection compliance across the organisation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive data protection policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to embed data protection principles in operations.
• Lead data protection impact assessments and advise on regulatory obligations.
• Design and deliver training programmes to promote data protection awareness and best practice.
