Job summary

VIQU IT Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Data Programme Manager to lead a major data workstream within a large-scale transformation. You will shape the data strategy, define the delivery roadmap and oversee complex initiatives across business and technology teams, delivering an integrated, trusted data environment.

You will drive data governance, stakeholder engagement and a clear programme governance framework, ensuring value delivery and risk

Qualifications

Proven experience managing large-scale data transformation programmes in insurance.
Ability to translate business problems into structured data solutions and delivery plans.
Strong understanding of data platforms and end-to-end data lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead the data workstream within a major transformation programme.
Define scope, priorities and deliverables based on business value.
Own the integrated data delivery plan with milestones and risks.
Define end-to-end data flows across ingestion, storage and consumption.
Drive a single source of truth for critical data aligned with enterprise architecture.
Establish data governance, ownership and regulatory compliance.
Define budgets and funding models to support delivery.
Lead multidisciplinary data teams and report to senior stakeholders.
