Ageas is seeking a Lead Data Product Owner in Reigate to drive the vision, strategy and delivery of broker data products. You will lead large, complex data initiatives, align with Ageas UK's objectives, and shape the future operating model while developing Product Owners.

You will influence stakeholders, manage backlogs, and coach teams to deliver measurable business value through agile delivery and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong insurance industry experience, ideally Broker/Distribution.
• Extensive experience delivering data products or transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading large, high-value programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and priorities for Broker data products.
• Lead the delivery of large-scale data initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Prioritise and manage product backlogs to maximise business value.
• Collaborate with business, data, technology and change teams to deliver objectives.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
• Drive data-led decision making with measurable objectives and metrics.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Manage dependencies, risks and competing priorities across workstreams.
• Coach and develop Product Owners and the product team.
• Champion Agile delivery and customer-focused outcomes.
