Job summary
SA OPERATIONS is seeking a qualified professional based in East Hampshire, UK, to manage a data processing team and ensure quality control of deliverables. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge in geology, geophysics, and GIS, alongside a minimum of ten years offshore experience. Qualifications
Right to live and work in the UK.
Strong geological and geophysical qualifications; familiarity with geotechnical surveys preferred.
Advanced GIS knowledge.
Advanced QA/QC expertise in at least two main acquisition techniques.
Ability to interpret geophysical, geological and geotechnical data.
Experience working within multi‑cultural teams.
Minimum of ten years offshore experience.
Willingness and ability to travel freely.
Previous experience managing a small team.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of six personnel in data processing and reporting.
Co‑ordinate with Project Managers and offshore teams to ensure timely data acquisition and reporting.
Hold responsibility for quality control of all data and reports issued to the final client.
Ensure final deliverables conform to company quality standards.
