  • Experience working within multi‑cultural teams.
  • Minimum of ten years offshore experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel freely.
  • Previous experience managing a small team.

Job Summary

Competitive day rate, permanent contract, full‑time, based in UK East Anglia.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Data Processing Department Manager.
  • Manage a team of six personnel in data processing and reporting.
  • Co‑ordinate with Project Managers and offshore teams to ensure timely data acquisition and report delivery.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for quality control (QC) of all data and reports issued to the final client.
  • Oversee onshore and offshore data production, interpretation and reporting, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
  • Contribute to tender formulation by providing technical solutions and defining the survey team required for each project.
  • Interface directly with the final client regarding technical aspects of assigned projects.
  • Instruct the RepCo and offline project teams on P&R project requirements.
  • Support subcontractors in P&R operations.
  • Attend project‑specific meetings and provide input for close‑out and lessons learned.
  • Provide continuous project status updates from a P&R perspective to the Department Manager and Project Manager.
  • Ensure final deliverables conform to company quality standards.
