Job Purpose

As a Senior Platform Data Engineer, you will lead our data engineering team in transforming how we store, analyze, and utilize data, focusing on Databricks and large data sets.

Job Accountabilities

• Develop scalable data pipelines for analysts and data scientists.
• Utilize technologies like Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL Server, and Scala.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy machine learning models.
• Mentor team members to improve coding standards.
• Work with Business Analysts to meet requirements and deliver business value.
• Create documentation and data catalogues.
• Oversee project deliverables and code quality.

Key Skills Required

• Strong technical competence in relevant data engineering technologies.
