Stream is hiring a Senior Business Analyst in London with a hybrid schedule. You will diagnose critical business problems, build dashboards, and partner with leaders to shape strategy using data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates are highly analytical, proficient in Excel/SQL (Python welcome), and excel at translating ambiguous needs into structured data solutions. You’ll join a 300+ team across Europe and the USA, contributing to neobank ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to identify their most important problems and opportunities.
• Create bespoke analysis, dashboards and frameworks to shape solutions and strategy.
• Discern insights from data to inform key business questions and direction.
• Collaborate with data engineering to design and build data models for your domain.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategies in the market.
• Build and run experiments to test hypotheses and refine product insights.
• Contribute to central data initiatives around quality, forecasting and AI insights.
• Monitor impact and identify further opportunities for improvement.
