Job summary

Royal London is seeking a Senior Data Operations Consultant to join the Brand, Marketing and Corporate Communications team. You will own and support the marketing data strategy, ensuring data-led marketing is embedded across the business and operates safely and efficiently.

You will manage end-to-end data journeys, ETL processes, data quality and cross-platform integration to enable automated engagement across channels, while applying GDPR considerations and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer segmentation and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365 and Customer Insights data/journeys is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes and the data journey across multiple platforms.
• Experience transforming large customer, prospect, and policy data.
• Ability to leverage data to drive customer engagement.
• Knowledge of Git and Alteryx or similar tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end data journey from source to send, including ETL and cross-platform integration.
• Support and own improvements to streamline processes and scale operations.
• Enable accurate and timely marketing data across channels.
• Collaborate with data and tech teams to achieve marketing and engagement strategy.
• Apply GDPR regulations in gathering, storing and managing consumer data.
• Be proactive in data process improvements and own data documentation.
