Job summary

Brillio Europe (Formerly CloudStratex) is seeking a hands-on technologist experienced in large-scale data and asset modelling using Python. You will define and implement Pydantic-based schemas, collaborate across governance, risk and architecture teams, and advance AI-assisted development to accelerate high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python development with Pydantic and FastAPI for data modelling and API development.
• Strong knowledge of JSON, YAML, REST APIs and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra or similar metadata management platforms and governance workflows.
• Experience with metadata modelling, data quality, lineage and data catalogs.
• Background in financial services data governance, risk or regulatory contexts.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices including CI/CD and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance and maintain enterprise asset models in Collibra with governance alignment.
• Define Collibra asset types, relationships, attributes and workflows.
• Develop Python solutions for data modelling and governance, using Pydantic for schemas.
• Create reusable libraries and automation patterns for data ingestion and governance at scale.
• Design solutions for large-scale financial and enterprise data with focus on integrity and regulatory controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into practical tech solutions.
