Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Data Migration/Integration Consultant to lead large-scale data integration and migration initiatives. The role focuses on Informatica PowerCenter implementations, data profiling, and data quality improvements across client environments.

You will advise clients and internal teams, drive ETL framework improvements, and coordinate cross-functional activities within the project lifecycle. Hybrid working and continuous learning are part of Capgemini’s approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering data integration / migration projects using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Experience in managing teams to deliver Informatica PowerCenter Solutions.
• Experience in supporting large scale data integration installations and managing change.
• Data Profiling and Cleansing: Expertise in leading and implementing solutions for data profiling, data cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on how to build and run an effective Data Migration/Integration program, using industry best practices.
• Analysis of Source and Target systems.
• Analysis of Data Quality and advise on how to improve areas of concern.
• Develop, set up or improve the ETL frameworks and process.
• Understand the requirements from a programme perspective.
• Work closely with the client for crafting the functional and technical solution.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the project implementation.
• The role combines technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to oversee and manage the data integration design function within an organization.
