Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Speech Analyst to design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide meaningful analysis of customer contact trends. You will leverage Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake and Databricks to drive business performance and enhance the customer experience.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready dashboards, with strong SQL, data modelling and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong SQL and database experience.
• Experience with AWS Connect and data modelling.
• Ability to gather, analyse and translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations that provide meaningful analysis of customer contact trends and categories.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, VUX teams and stakeholders to deliver dashboards aligned with Barclays standards.
• Produce accurate, timely insights to support data-driven decision-making.
