What’s in it for you?
As a Senior Data Insight Analyst within the Data Insights function at Octopus Investments, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team to derive actionable insights from complex data.
This role places a particular emphasis on people management, as you will be responsible for guiding and developing a small team of analysts to deliver impactful insights that contribute to the strategic objectives of the organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Data Insights, you will be instrumental in driving the success of the central insights function.
The team:
Data Insights is a team of 12 that is a relatively new function within Octopus Investments, and therefore very much in an establishment and growth phase. As a result, you will have lots of opportunities to build things, find resolutions, work on projects, and make an impact and influence how the business uses data.
The work the team does can be grouped into four main categories: access & enablement, insights development, operational intelligence, and campaign & comms support. These categories have been defined with the aim of Data Insights acting as a Centre of Excellence to the wider business.
