Together is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to lead the development and continuous improvement of Together’s Data Governance Framework. You will drive data ownership, stewardship, data quality and metadata management across the organisation as an expert in data, processes and controls.

As a trusted adviser to business and technical stakeholders, you will lead governance initiatives, embed practical data management controls that support regulatory compliance, and mentor our Data

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or improving a formal Data Governance Framework.
• Strong knowledge of data ownership, stewardship, data quality and metadata management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across teams.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; familiarity with data modelling is a plus.
• Experience with modern data platforms and governance tools (e.g., Databricks, Purview, Collibra).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance initiatives to improve data quality and compliance.
• Drive data ownership, stewardship and governance maturity across the organisation.
• Mentor and guide the Data Governance Analysts and Data Stewards.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders on data architecture and policy.
• Embed governance controls to support regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
