Key Responsibilities

• Technical ownership and accountability for building a global and scalable Data Lakehouse solution used by multiple trading desks across the front-office.
• Contributing to software and infrastructure design and implementation in an AWS cloud environment.
• Developing data pipelines in Python using data libraries and cloud SDKs.
• Data modeling within the scope of Data Lake and OLAP, handling large volumes and highly concurrent data access.
• Optimizing performance of the data lake and OLAP databases in a cross-region environment.
• Ensuring data completeness and quality across critical pipelines.
• Building and supporting tailored data solutions for Quants and Traders.

Requirements

• 5+ years minimum of experience with a proven track record of building data platforms, ideally from a leading financial organization.
• Proven mastery in Python and SQL.
• Interest and enthusiasm for contributing to cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to adopt a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Independent and autonomous, yet a strong team player.
