Key Responsibilities

1. Technical ownership and accountability for building a global, scalable Data Lakehouse solution used by multiple trading desks across the front-office.
2. Contributing to software and infrastructure design and implementation in an AWS cloud environment.
3. Developing data pipelines in Python using data libraries and cloud SDKs.
4. Data modeling within the scope of Data Lake and OLAP, handling large volumes and highly concurrent data access.
5. Optimizing the performance of the data lake and OLAP databases across regions.
6. Ensuring data completeness and quality across critical pipelines.
7. Building and supporting tailored data solutions for Quants and Traders.

Requirements

• 5+ years minimum of experience with a proven track record in building data platforms, ideally within a leading financial organization.
• Proven mastery in Python and SQL.
• Interest and willingness to contribute to cloud infrastructure.
• Structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously while being a strong team player.
• Intellectual curiosity and rapid learning ability.
