Qualifications

• Senior or lead experience in technical delivery and mentoring engineers.
• Experience designing, building and operating scalable data platforms and pipelines.
• Cloud-native data platforms across Azure, AWS, GCP or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, quality, metadata, lineage and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the lab’s data engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Own scalable data pipelines and secure-by-design data foundations for AI/ML and analytics.
• Mentor engineers and partner with Security, Cloud, Architecture and Product teams.
