Job summary

HSAT seeks a data-enabled consultant to work between clients, data and technical teams. You will translate complex commercial questions into data-driven answers by linking what clients need with what HSAT can provide.

You will grow client relationships and drive revenue by solving valuable problems, becoming conversant quickly in unfamiliar industries and challenging analyses when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, analytics or data strategy.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar businesses and solve ill-defined problems.
• Comfort examining datasets and challenging analyses.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior clients to understand complex commercial and operational problems.
• Find the real question beneath the initial request.
• Identify data sources and analytical approaches that could help.
• Explore data to test ideas, spot patterns and ask better questions.
• Work with data scientists, engineers and domain experts to shape the solution.
• Explain findings clearly and help clients turn intelligence into action.
• Take ownership from the first conversation through to delivery; and
• Identify new ways that HSAT’s data and technology can create value.
