Job summary

Beaumont Select Limited is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for development and data centre projects in London. You will own procurement from strategy through tendering to post-award management, including complex negotiations under FIDIC/EPC frameworks.

Experience in construction, M&E packages, and major equipment procurement is essential. Willingness to travel internationally and strong stakeholder management are expected.

Qualifications

• Significant senior procurement experience in data centres, construction or major capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and EPC contracts.
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement lifecycle from sourcing to post-award management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver procurement strategies for major data centre construction projects.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and tendering across packages (construction, M&E, equipment).
• Negotiate contracts through to award and execution with suppliers.
• Manage post-award contract management, expediting equipment and monitoring delivery.
