Job summary

Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced Procurement Manager for major hyperscale data centre projects across the UK, EMEA and APAC. You will own procurement from RFP through to contract award, working with delivery partners, contractors and suppliers to align strategy with programme deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction procurement, strong data centre exposure and MCIPS/MRICS or equivalent advantageous.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction or engineering procurement/commercial roles.
• Experience managing tenders from RFP to contract award.
• Experience with NEC, FIDIC or JCT contracts.
• Procurement across multiple countries within EMEA or APAC.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement process from RFP through to contract award.
• Manage supplier clarification meetings and bidder queries.
• Review tender documentation and evaluation scoring.
• Maintain procurement schedules against construction programme dates.
• Procure MEP packages and professional services.
• Provide weekly reporting on package status, risks and decisions.
