Job summary

Astute People is recruiting a Procurement Manager to support its Data Centre projects in mainland Europe. The role is based in Buckinghamshire (Gerrards Cross) with occasional overseas travel 1-2 times per month.

You will manage end-to-end procurement from estimating handover to subcontractor appointment and handover, leading M&E tendering and commercial negotiations. The successful candidate will have proven procurement experience in an M&E construction environment, data centre experience

Qualifications

Proven procurement experience within an M&E construction environment.
Data Centre experience preferred; candidates from healthcare, pharmaceutical or hospital projects also considered.
Strong experience in tendering, subcontractor management and commercial negotiations.
Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

End to end procurement management from estimating handover through to subcontractor appointment and construction handover.
Lead M&E tendering, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations and subcontractor selection.
Review project designs and develop procurement strategies to meet programme and budget requirements.
Support multiple Data Centre projects across mainland Europe.
Coordinating with estimating, design and construction teams to ensure effective procurement delivery.
