Energy Jobline CVL seeks a Senior Architect to join its Data Centre team in Birmingham. You will lead technical delivery of large-scale Data Centre schemes, delivering through RIBA Stage 4 and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires strong Revit skills, UK building regulations knowledge, and proven Data Centre delivery experience. Hybrid working with in-office and remote days is offered, along with professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Data Centre projects.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Experience coordinating with structural, MEP and other engineering consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical delivery of large-scale Data Centre projects.
• Deliver through RIBA Stage 4 with detailed design and technical packages.
• Produce and coordinate high-quality tender and construction information.
• Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP and specialist engineers.
• Work with clients, contractors and design teams throughout project delivery.
