Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead data center expansion projects in Europe from Dublin or London offices. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver on time and within scope to support rapid growth across AWS data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience designing or constructing data centers or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces.
• Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and outcomes to cross-functional and remote teams.
• Up to 25% travel within EMEA.
• End-to-end program delivery from pre-contract design to handover to Operations of Colo, Hybrid Colo & AWS Leased/Owned Data Centers in the EMEA region.
• Manage interface between internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time and on budget delivery.
• Build and maintain the delivery program and project budget, secure finance.
• Work with Capacity Planning, Energy and Real Estate to develop build strategies to meet demand.
• Lead workflow updates and document lessons learned to improve efficiency across teams.
• Regularly report to senior leadership on status of key project metrics.
