Job summary

Oracle leads the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and rigorous documentation to support successful commissioning and startup of large-scale facilities.

As the primary contact for colocation providers, the successful candidate will drive risk mitigation, coordinate across multiple projects, and oversee subcontractor performance

Qualifications

• Experience leading data center construction projects.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
• Proven track record coordinating with colocation providers and vendors.
• Strong focus on risk identification, mitigation, and problem solving.
• Experience overseeing commissioning and startup activities.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develops and maintains detailed project schedules, coordinating with colocation providers to ensure timely milestone delivery across multiple projects.
• Creates and manages project budgets, optimizing resource allocation for cost-effective execution.
• Creates, reviews, and maintains documentation, including design reviews, commissioning, and problem-solving papers.
