Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Planning and Deployment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and enable data center capacity deployment across multiple locations. The role interfaces between program management, engineering, LVVs, and field engineers to ensure ready-for-field execution and timely capacity delivery.

The ideal candidate combines deep low-voltage infrastructure knowledge with strong project-management and stakeholder management capabilities to drive deployment readiness and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center, telecommunications, or low-voltage deployments.
• 5+ years in structured cabling with copper/fiber deployment methods.
• Ability to review and validate deployment docs (BOMs, cut sheets, patching).
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity, testing, and validation.
• Experience coordinating low-voltage vendors and contractors in complex environments.
• Strong project-management skills: scoping, scheduling, dependencies, risk, and critical-path.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central coordination point across deployment lifecycle from intake to capacity delivery.
• Review requirements and ensure readiness before field execution.
• Coordinate RFQ activities and vendor engagement to support deployment.
• Identify gaps, omissions, and dependencies to prevent delays.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with engineers, program managers, delivery teams, and vendors for alignment.
