Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to support European Data Center capacity growth. Based in London or Dublin, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale data center expansion projects on time and within budget.

You will partner with Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operations to drive end-to-end delivery from pre-contract design to handover, while managing risk and stakeholder expectations across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
Experience in program or project management.
Experience in design or construction of data centers or critical infrastructure or large-scale mechanical and electrical plants.
Experience managing large-scale projects end to end.

Responsibilities

Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces.
Clearly communicate goals, roles, and outcomes to cross-functional teams.
Travel up to 25% within EMEA.
Manage end-to-end program delivery from pre-contract design to handover.
Coordinate interfaces between internal teams and external contractors/vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Develop and maintain delivery programs and project budgets, securing finance as needed.
Collaborate with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate to build short- and long-term strategies.
Lead workflow improvements and capture lessons learned across delivery teams.
