Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Senior Data Cabling Engineer for a permanent role in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. The position entails installation of copper and fibre cabling, trunking, cabinets, and wifi access point setup. A full UK license and CSCS are essential, with CNET certification desirable.

The company offers a company van with fuel card, pension, life assurance, and progression opportunities. Salary is circa £34,000 with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• CNET Certificate desirable.
• ECS/CSCS mandatory.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Cat6/Cat6a installation and termination.
• Installation of trunking and containment.
• Cabinet changes and tidies.
• Fibre optic installation.
• Voice cabling and troubleshooting.
• Wifi access point installation experience.
• Ability to read drawings.

TXM Recruitis working in partnership with a leading Data Cabling firm, who are looking forSenior Data Engineersto join their business on an exciting new project inMilton Keynes,working with a company who specialize in the installation of copper and fibre network cabling.

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to employ a full time Senior Data Cabling Engineer on a permanent basis, to work in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

Salary- Circa £34,000.

Location- Buckinghamshire and surrounding

40 hour week Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cat6 - Cat6a Installation & Termination.
• Installation of Trunking and various other containment.
• Cabinet changes & tidies
• Fibre Optic Installation
• Voice Cabling & Troubleshooting
• Wifi Access Point Installation Experience
• Ability to read drawings

Skills and Experience

• CNET Certificate - Desirable
• ECS/CSCS - Must
• Full UK License
