National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Data & Intelligence Analyst to join our collaborative central Performance Team within the Operations Directorate. This role supports Operations at both a national and regional level, improving performance through data analysis and modelling activities, and creating reporting material to derive intelligence that drives improvements and supports investment and decision-making.
It's an exciting time to join our passionate and dynamic team as we work to support a performance culture making a difference within Operations on a daily basis. The role covers a varied remit liaising with stakeholders across the organisation to understand and further improve performance, providing insight and shared understanding of KPIs and the performance of every area of our work. You will also play a role in the development of visual dashboards (within Power BI and other software) to aid our storytelling.
External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
