Job summary

Comley Jones is seeking a Data & Analytics Solutions Architect to own the technical vision across customer engagements. You will lead discovery workshops, shape technical solutions and provide design leadership through delivery, using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI as core technologies.

The role blends pre-sales, solution architecture, and hands-on design, with UK-based remote work and a path to senior technical authority. Travel to customer sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Enterprise data analytics and BI delivery experience in consulting.
• Strong SQL and data engineering with Spark/PySpark.
• Experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and pre-sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical design authority across Data & Analytics engagements.
• Lead pre-sales, discovery, technical scoping, demonstrations and proposals.
• Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Mentor consultants and ensure delivery quality.
• Provide hands-on design leadership throughout projects.
