As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance player experiences, optimise game performance, and drive strategic decision-making for our game.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of player behavior, game mechanics, and live game operations.
• Proficiency in data infrastructure and visualization tools, especially Looker and BigQuery.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven and proactive mindset with a passion for games and innovation.
• Strong English level (both written and verbal).

Task pool:

• Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and developers to define success metrics and identify key product questions.
• Design and implement experiments (including A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and support feature development.
• Estimate the financial performance of new features and game updates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, player engagement, and in-game economy trends.
• Support and manage the analytical stack (Looker, BigQuery), including investigation and resolution of data inconsistencies or losses.
• Generate actionable insights to inform product and design decisions across the game lifecycle.
• Translate complex data findings into clear and impactful presentations for cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Proactively identify areas for optimization and propose data-driven solutions to improve performance and player satisfaction.
