Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a long-term, on-site assignment in Southampton. This high-impact role supports a complex operational programme where high-quality data drives decision-making.

You will import, cleanse and analyse data across SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office, producing concise management reports and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will mentor junior analysts and help develop the wider team.

Competenze

• Advanced experience with SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience producing senior-level reports and presentations.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior analysts.
