Job summary

Montu UK is hiring a Senior Data Analyst in Marketing Analytics to uncover drivers of growth and shape where to focus. This hands-on role partners with paid media, CRM and lifecycle teams to interpret channel and campaign performance, identify key behaviors, and provide actionable insights for investment and optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital analytics in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on SQL experience; BigQuery, GA4, Looker, and Google Sheets a plus.
• Experience collaborating with data/analytics engineering teams, translating insight into action.
• Strong communicator who can explain complex analysis in simple terms.
• Self-starter, able to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
• Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing teams to provide clear, actionable insights on performance across channels including Google, Meta, Social and CRM.
• Analyse marketing spend and outcomes to support optimisation and better decision-making.
• Own and evolve GA4 setup, ensuring tracking is robust and meaningful.
• Work with CRM teams to analyse lifecycle journeys, retention, and engagement using multiple data sources.
• Act as internal owner for marketing data requirements, ensure data models and dashboards meet business needs.
• Lead development of advanced measurement beyond attribution, move from LTV and CAC towards incrementality.
• Communicate insights clearly through dashboards, presentations and executive conversations.
