Job summary

Soho House is seeking a commercially-minded Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. You will work across trading operations and strategic planning, partnering with Finance to develop reporting and KPI ownership, and enabling data-driven decisions across growth initiatives.

You'll build and own data models and pipelines (dbt) and help deploy AI-enabled self-serve insights. Strong SQL, stakeholder engagement, and a strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data analyst role delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, able to manipulate large datasets to drive insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic growth insights partnering with FP&A and exec leadership.
• Own trading insights & operational reporting, build dashboards and KPIs end-to-end.
• Develop data models and pipelines, supporting end-to-end data flows for dashboards.
